This beautiful silk satin and tulle Badgley Mischka ball gown is truly stunning. The ball gown is actually two wedding dresses in one! The skirt can be removed to reveal a fitted above the knee-length gown which is great for the reception or send-off or even for the honeymoon. The fabric is dutch satin. The gown is beautifully simple with very little embellishment - there are five small bunches of beading on the train. There are three very small almost invisible 3 pulled threads around front panel from wearing a sparkle belt that I am keeping for sentamental reasons. (See close-up picture)this is the only tiny flaw with this perfect dress.
I purchased this gown for my summer wedding two years ago in atlanta at the anne barge atelier. I dry cleaned the minidress but not the full skirt. The full skirt has a bustle.
