This gorgeous, one-of-a-kind gown, is from the bridal fashion house of PC Mary's. The seed pearl and crystal beaded detail covers the satin bodice, and over the lower portion of the skirt. The cathedral style train is accented with lace and sequins.
The back view in the picture shows the full bustle enhancement. This bustle is created by buttoning the train to the waist, with the six small buttons, hidden under the heavy lace, at the waist edge in back. This easily-adapted, special feature allows the bride to dance and socialize, hands free. (Note: The original lace bodice had cap sleeves which were professionally altered for the strapless preference.) Measurements are: Waist: 29” Top of bodice to waistline: 11” Top of bodice to floor: 59” Waist to floor. 48”. The bride who wore this dress is 5'8”. The complete length of the train from edge of hem outward is about 4 feet.
This gown was worn once by the original purchaser, and stored with great care since her wedding day in 2002. The dress was lately dry cleaned this January, 2010. PRICE REDUCED ON 4/3/10 TO $500.
